Changing Default homepage from Fluid to Classic Homepage: (ref: oracle Doc ID 2192478.1) Peopletools> personalization > Personalization Options in the PPTL option category Level, choose 'Format' tab, to set option default value to Classic for each of the desired form factors. The User option values are HPPC= Desktop, HPTABLET=tablet There is no option to disable Fluid homepages for small form factor devices without customizing the signon.html file. 2. Enable dropdown Menu (ref: Oracle Doc ID 2094458.1) There are two ways to enable the drop down Menu. a. By switching Default Branding Theme back to the old tangerine or tangerine_alt themes under Tools>portal>branding> branding system options. b. In both cases, ensure you save the change and sign back in to see the change. The second option is preferred to keep everything else as the delivered Fluid theme but to have the Drop Down menu.
